Write if you have to. Otherwise Videos and Audio do just fine in the world of Content Publishing

You may ask, why such a statement. I am myself writing. Hear me out before you come to any preconceived conclusion.

I write, because I want to improve my writing. Personal reasons. But if I’m a hotelier wanting to market my hotel, I can very well choose video as a medium of communication. Starting a YouTube or Instagram channel. In a post AI world, every one of us is interacting with various ‘channels’.

Think of the television of the early 2000’s. So many channels to choose from. Yet we choose few nonetheless. Likewise in 2026, whoever is producing any form of content can be looked at as a channel. A TV channel. Trying to get the attention of viewers. The viewer needs to come to our channel every now and then. That’s the aim for content production.

So if you are comfortable with videos, do that. If audio is your thing, podcasts. Fancy writing? Start like I have done over here.

If you want to have visibility in digital, you need to be creating. If the TV did not have ‘your channel’ how would the viewer even get to know about you?
