Someone who really understand the customer. Marketer

For the past couple of months, I have had the chance to work with the Marketing Director of 2 properties based in Canada. Absolute gem of a lady. Always responsive.

Nemo, lets call her that to hide her identity. Initial first impression while researching indicated how good Nemo would be at her work. I was excited to work with her.

I could find glimpses of the knowledge she posesses when I looked at the 360 approach marketing. Content production, with a heavy push towards media publications. She understand influencer marketing. She understand what moves the needle.

It would have been an ideal case wherein I could get Nemo to come on camera and do a Souls Beyond Screens episode with. But I do not know if she would accept my invitation. Afterall she is a client.

Understanding the customer is a crucial component on how well you can be as a marketer. I saw Nemo understanding her customer so well. The content on the website for the properties she manage is like none I have seen in the recent memory.
