Content Marketing In Kolkata Real Estate Sector with “making of” communication

If I start this article with the same tune how content marketing, just like digital transformation is the mindset shift; that as a business owner you have to adopt to these new technologies, you would feel monotonous and wouldn’t read the article.
So I’ll change my tone a bit and will explain what I would be further exploring all the help of an example from life.

MOMENTS! FROZEN IN TIME. Moments which may never get old. They would be ageless & immortality would be achieved.

When we are born, our parents feel happy about us, happy about themselves. Friends and families are overjoyed that a new family member have come. They are overwhelmed.

By imagining the situation that I am describing invariably so, there is a picture that is coming to your mind.

That photograph may well be the photo which was taken by the father when the kid was brought home from the hospital..

We grew up and in the dew course of growing up, choosing a school, getting to be in the college and then finally choosing a career path and that’s how the journey of life is all about. We remember this wonderful journey of life by rewinding on the video clips and photographs that had been taken by friends and families over the years. Looking back at those photos not only gives us a sense of happiness, we enjoy seeing them, & it also gives us a timeline of how our life panned out.

That timeline of life is special for every single person. Isn’t it?

Remember how we try & capture every detail of our kids growing up, our lives developing around our home & work, with friends and families. What are we trying to capture through these photographs? Or video clips?

MOMENTS! FROZEN IN TIME. Moments which may never get old. They would be ageless & immortality would be achieved.

What are real estate developers doing on a physical level? – Building Concrete Buildings

What are real estate developers communicating on Digital Outreach Channels – We build homes. Etc.

When any person is building their own homes, wouldn’t they want to capture every small detail of the home that is being built?

Food for thought for the Real Estate Developer Community & Decision Makers –
As realtors developing homes for families and/or developing corporate offices for the business community of the city,, wouldn’t it be really nice to have moments showcasing how “the building that we call as home/office today was built?”. A sort of “Making of AV of your project”.

Like memories, moments only appreciate in value with passage of time.

Looking at an hypothetical example of a Business Owner in the Real estate Sector

In April 16th 2021, as a real estate developer, what is seemingly your 3rd project of 10 floors which has nothing special about it & may not have reason enough to be of importance thus capturing the “making of moments” may seem unimportant.

But let’s imagine this situation –

You build that property, 1 flat owner happens to be well connected in the higher business societies & you end up getting your 4th & 5th project at quick successions. You did well over there, connections and network is increasing & your business is on the rise. 20 years pass by and you have been able to build more than 100+ projects across the city of Joy & have provided homes & offices to countless people out there.

When you look back, would you have anything to look back at?

Do you have that video footage of you where in the early days you used to visit sites & even do labour work of picking up bricks?

That day you “may” feel like why didn’t you get more things documented for your business? Why didn’t you have a “making of project videos for every project that you have ever built?”.

Those feelings wouldn’t be pleasing, I am pretty sure about that.

I am an entrepreneur & have feelings of loss when I myself cannot see so many things I have done, but there’s no documented version of the same. Not many photographs or video clips of my previous works etc.

Moments just like time, if not captured & frozen would fly away & we can only reflect back & lament.

Phew! That was hard.

Okay now I will come back to the real estate content marketing portion in Kolkata part of the article.

I am listing down in point wise format, how you may go on capturing more content

1. With some handy camera work from your ground engineers & other ground staff you can always be asking them to capture more & more photographs & video footage’s.

2. Store them in a structured directory format so that they may be easily found.

3. Get in touch with a professional team who can take up the responsibility of shooting several times during the course of the project so that at the end of the project tenure, you may have a “making of” AV communication.

Uses of Making of Content – There are multiple ways in which a brand manager would be able to profit from the “making of” content

Once you have the original good photographs & video footage’s what can be done with that is something which I would want to go deeper with & explain in another article. What I would rather say is that, when you have great ingredients & a good chef you know the Chef is going to produce something delicious.

Likewise with great content captured over the years, in the hands of an able communicator & AV editor, they would be creating magic for your brand.

By having such content captured, Celica group is wise in understanding the importance of content being captured.


Another green signal indicating the adaptive mindset that the business community of Kolkata is taking when it comes to embracing content marketing.

I’ll end this article with this thought to ponder upon.
If a moment is not captured, it is lost forever.
