7 types of audit reports that your digital marketing agency may not have performed

In the past 8 years, I have had the pleasure of working with several professionals both as teammates & as clients. During these 8 years, I have got the chance to work in 3 very different types of industries. The media & publishing industry, a production house & software solutions. The common trend which I have noticed across clients specific to eastern India is that not a lot of businesses are taking the necessary audits before execution of work/engagement can begin.
Over here, I am listing the 7 types of audit reports that your digital marketing agency may not have performed.

Digital Positioning Audit Report + Digital Growth Roadmap for 5 years

Unless one knows from which point to what point would an agency need to take your business, how would they strategize a plan for your business’ digital transformation roadmap?

In this video I explain briefly, what each audit does, why is it required. At last the combination of all the audit reports should be amalgamated in a report which would then act as a roadmap along with becoming a measure of success.

More often than not, I have seen decision makers ask me to not do the audits and save an initial upfront cost of Rs. 30,000 which would be required for creating a set of the 7 most important audits for your businesses growth. While I have seen many agencies abiding by it, but when it comes to doing good work to deliver outstanding results, one just cannot skip choosing the initial important KPI’s on which success or failure is dependent.

I would love to hear your opinion on what are the most crucial initial steps agencies should take before starting their work with a new client?
