C.P – The best SEO person I have worked with. We used to run a program worth $65,000 USD ARR and the client was extremely happy with the results we were providing. Today I get to know he has been asked to move away from the program and needs to focus his efforts on more CMS customers. I thouroughly thanked him cause it was a joy working with him. The way he used to find solutions to the various problems (especially operational ones) was extremely good. His pro-active nature and always happy go lucky nature made him a dream team mate to work with. When IO asked him are you leaving the program permanently, he said, “Kya karun. Whenever I come into a program and do very well, I am asked to leave that and do something else”. Bittersweet moment for me. Bitter because I would now need to adjust with some other individual to get on with the work. Sweet because I know he would be given a new challenge which needs his expertise and attention.
Friday – 11th September 2026
R.B – The best programming manager I have wored with in Milestone. His organization skills, empathy is what makes R very special to work with. When I asked him about a task which was completed 3 months back (I had to look at the turnaround time for a particular task before I could go back to client) within 2 mins he responded back with the task link along with other details. I did not even need to see the task in the actual project management software. It was given to me in our instant messaging platform we use for internal teams communications. Really a great person to work with. I had also made a small video with him about how he utilizes his 8 hour workday to complete all his tasks. From a managerial perspective he is very empthatetic always ensuring his subordinates are never overworked.

Sunday – 13th September 2026
My mother made Biriyani at home. It tasted absolutely delicious. I appreciated her a lot for how well she can cook such delicious meals in such a short amount of time.
