Let me give you a real life example of the blue ocean strategy in play right at this very moment. I am writing this at 12:16AM 27th April 2026. By the time I finished writing this piece and designing the programme, I looked at the digital clock of the mac, it said 12:54AM. We have just entered Monday.
I found courses for every type of topic. Digital Marketing, Sales, Productivity, Storytelling. Whatever you could think of there was a course for it. After some 5 mins deliberation, I googled courses on Be the Hero of you Own Life.
I went back and checked the search results again. This time I changed the wordings a little bit here and there. Wanted to ensure my intent of the search is razor sharp. There are few classes being offered by mentors based outside India The gap is there in the regional connect. Indian connect. That’s a space I can try to capture if I want to target Indian students. That’s exactly my target audience.
The above is one session of my 1 hour business building session. This session would be part of that programme. I have myself seen and practiced meditation. I want to take meditation a step further. The sessions on meditation during the course would be LIVE sessions. Everybody joining in from wherever they are in the world, doing 30 mins meditation everyday. A special master series by Seth Godin, the author of AltMBA (yet to be confirmed). Ongoing sessions of storytelling, journalling and documentation.

Lets start with what you would get at the start of this course. A 3 day fully paid accommodation in more than 100 locations in India. When you end the trip, you will again get a 5 day trip, this time to an unknown place, which would get revealed, just 1 week prior to trip start date. This trip too will have the accommodations taken care off.
Between these 2 trips is where our programme lies. A journey, which essentially is designed experimentaly to know yourself. The total 3 month programme (which may extend upto 6 months maximum due to unavailability of students to visit the 2 travel locations due to various personal/professional constraints).
Contents of the course will include business learning to be applied in family negotiation and vice-versa. It may also include a section of the importance to learn something absolutely on your own volition (me learning the art of photography). The power of observation shown by the incidents of finding what should I sell?
